How can I understand data collection over time?

One session looks simple, but how do repeated visits change what a service can infer?

Repeated observations can reveal patterns that a single event does not. Distinguish the recorded events from any conclusions the service draws about them.

A timeline would help me picture the difference between a single visit and a repeated pattern.

So a pattern is not the same thing as a fact someone directly entered. I'd like to understand how uncertain inferences are handled.
