Feedback Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026

Datacash welcomes questions, corrections, accessibility reports, and suggestions for public education.

How to Submit Feedback

Send feedback through our Contact page and include the page URL plus a clear description of your suggestion, concern, or requested improvement.

What Counts as Actionable Feedback

  • Specific factual concerns with supporting context.
  • Clear usability or readability issues that block understanding.
  • Coverage gaps that materially affect comparison quality.
  • Policy-related concerns tied to a concrete page or claim.

Response and Prioritization

We review submissions based on impact and evidence quality. Safety-related, factual, and high-visibility issues are prioritized over general suggestions.

Acknowledgment Timing

We aim to acknowledge clear, good-faith submissions promptly. Complex or low-context submissions may require additional follow-up before action is taken.

Moderation Boundaries

Harassment, spam, abusive language, and bad-faith submissions may be ignored or blocked. Productive feedback is welcomed even when critical.

Outcome Transparency

Not every request results in a visible change, but credible and relevant input informs future updates, revision queues, and internal quality checks.

Internal Governance

Editorial policy implementation is reviewed through routine quality checks, contributor guidance, and post-publication review standards. High-impact pages receive additional scrutiny for clarity, evidence quality, and public audience framing.

When policy conflicts appear, we revise content and process rather than preserving problematic language for convenience.

Policy Maintenance

This policy is updated when workflow, legal context, or operational standards materially change. Updates are documented through revised page dates and related policy references.

Policy Feedback Integration

Validated feedback is used to refine content templates, update workflows, and improve future policy clarity so recurring concerns are addressed structurally, not only case-by-case.
